REFUGEE ASSISTANCE PROJECT IN NEVŞEHİR AND KAYSERİ

Diversified Support Centers which provided service in Nevşehir and Kayseri cities between 2012-2014, supported resident refugees and asylum seekers in these cities to benefit from health and social services with primary health care service specialists, psychologists, field workers, trainers and contractor lawyers.

Refugees and asylum seekers caught the opportunity of benefiting from legal assistance, psychosocial support, training activities (Turkish, English, Computer, etc.), workshops pertain to children and skill getting activities. Similar services are still being provided in ASAM field offices which are operating in the scope of “Psychosocial Support and Counselling for Refugees and Asylum Seekers” Project.

The project was run with the cooperation of International Medical Corps (IMC).
