Human Resources Policy

Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants has paid attention to recruit qualified personnel since 1995 and has adopted a human resources policy based on improving the current characteristics of the personnel and their field of competence.

Whom Do We Work With?

SGDD-ASAM works with the individuals who are willing to work at Civil Society Organizations; sensitive to the society and the world; and experts in their fields. Besides our association employs Psychologists, Sociologists, Social Service Specialist, Lawyers, Trainers, Health Professionals, who wants to work and specialize in this field, HQ in Ankara works with experts providing administrative works and project coordination as well as above mentioned areas of specialization.

How Can You Apply?

You are required to submit your CV that you’ve prepared to apply the job with a cover letter which gives information about you, by writing the “title” indicated in the announcement to hr@sgdd-asam

Since CV is the first means of self-expression for the candidates, it should be prepared meticulously. The personal introduction letters which are sent to our address as a letter without a CV are not taken into consideration.

The fact that the candidate applies to a job by considering his/her characteristics and competences makes the candidate advantageous for the sort-listing process. Human Resources Department of our association contacts only with the short listed candidates. Therefore it is not possible to give information on the phone regarding the candidates applied to the job vacancy.
